i've recently been picking up new musical favorites as in artists. some of the new artists ive heard of or recently listened to are: Combichrist, Goldfinger, Johnny Cash, Elliot Smith, Cypress Hill, Gang Starr, Hank Williams III, Joy Division, Marilyn Manson, Retch, Slipknot, Xzibit. thank god im not one of those kids who like all that linkin park and rise against crap, i just dont find any entertainment or taste in that kind of music, y'know? im more of the opeth, placebo, combichrist, pantera, interpol type of people, i mean, im good for about almost any kind of music, EXCEPT, this new hip hop crap, and this new alternative crap. almost any other type im cool with, ;D

ever hear in those commercials, when the advertisers are trying to sell you something and they pull this one" 80% of the average americans say that(blah blah blah)" lol its like, well how many people did you test? ten? lol 8 people said "yes", well im not 80% or the other 20% of the "Average" american, :P im me, lol and why should i believe in your product if you cant connect to me on a down to earth prospective. ya know?!

sigh, basically, i just dislike classifications based on origin of country/continent... like stereotypical-ism.

yes, I'm practicing to become a drummer just for the fun of it, not to join any bands or make anything, just to have the knowledge of drumming. I'm home schooling myself =D the first song I played on drums was i'm gonna be your god by slayer, brutal huh, then i kinda just spread out from there.
its a good habit to get into, other than xbox, myspace, and newgrounds. so I can actually say I did something today.
